Ihave imported a 2002 A4 , 3L quattro 6spd , what do i need to do to get the daytime running lights working ( lights that come on when you start the car ) .

 

I am assuming that you have imported it from the US to Canada right? If so get a VagCom, as far as I know you can change the settings in there so that your lights come on when you start your car. You could also do it by messing with the relays and adding some jumpers...but that would be a major PITA.
