So I had this on-going battle with TT Stuff after they billed my credit card for over $400 (March 8), sent me one piece of my order (worth $70) than said my order shipped in full. Steve even went as far as saying he packed it himself. After getting them to admit, by providing shipping information and pictures, that they did not send me everything they put me off for over a month. On April 12 after leaving a message saying I was calling my credit card company to dispute the charges I received an email saying my shipment went out that day Priority Mail. On April 22, after receiving no email from USPS and no shipment I sent another email saying that I was calling my credit card company as well as calling their local Better Business Bureau. Yesterday they over-nighted my order.

I hate to bring complaining to the board. I know their are a lot of smart peoplewith good intentions and this is meant for helping each other. The work I have done to my TT wouldn't be possible without reading everything going on. My beef is that this company is running 50/50.

No where on this board has anyone indicated that their is potential for problems. After this I will not mention it again. I just hope the next time someone recommends buying parts from TT Stuff that they mention the pitfalls as well. They hide behind an email address with no published phone number. On the phone number I got from my credit card company it didn't even say TT Stuff which is really deceptive. They operate in a grey area that borders on internet fraud.

If standing up for myself and the interests of like minded individuals makes my an outcast or looked down upon, bring it on. I never fit in anywhere anyway.

You post is perfectly appropriate; you're just relating your experiences. Interesting they make themselves so hard to reach; let the buyer beware!

Sorry you have had problems with them... I have ordered countless things from them and have never had a problem.

well, in upstate NY, 40 miles IS just down the road.
I need to drive at least 35 minutes to get to a mall, thats Oneonta. 45 minutes to get to the mall in Utica or Binghamton.

I too have ordered from TTstuff with no problems. I do appreciate hearing the other side of things though and will keep this in mind next time I need to place an order (with TTstuff or anyone else for that matter).

I am going through this exact same thing withttstuff now. I have spent $600 and paid for expedited shipping. They have failed to respond to any emails I have sent them over the past week. The first two were to add a boost gauge to the order because there was an error on their site and I couldn't add it to the basket. It has been over a week and I don't even have a confirmation # on the shipping! The only thing I have from them now is the "your order will take 1-3 business days" email that they send out and a charge on my card. It is well beyond the 1-3 business day time frame. I am very dissapointed with this company and currently would not recommend them to anyone.

Does anyone have a # to call these guys directly?
