I have ordered many things with them and not had a problem so I can say that I am sorry. But I will beware in the future. I always liked ECS for most of my needs however except for their shipping it costs way too much in my opinion.

An update on my stuff from ttstuff.com.....

I have done the same thing, I had to threaten to call my credit card company to cancel the order.....then magically this "Steve" guy replies stating my order order shipped last week in 2 boxes. I got that email on 7/2. One package arrived on 7/6. I placed the order on 6/23 and paid for priority shipping.I am still missing the 2nd package. I have sent now 4 emails since Steve replied.....asking for the tracking number at least on the 2nd package. Guess what NO REPLY!!! Now when I just sent the last email they say they will be closed for the rest of July! They still owe me the rest of my order which equals $230 plus I feelI should be reimbursed the fee I paid for shipping.ttstuff is horrible and offers no customer service(to me)whatsoever. Does anyone have a contact number?

I used ttstuff because I heard a lot of good things from other TT owners on this forum about them. Other's that haven't used them BEWARE!! You may get your stuff....then again you may not!! I for one will never use them again.

Some of the products on TT Stuff is also sold at http://zmaxautosport.com/. When I needed to order the adhesive sealant by Betalink fro my spoiler and on I ordered from them in California and had no problem.

TTstuff has never screwed with me so they're still good in my eyes but the fact that they can screw you guys over so bad is not a good sign....ecstuning.com on the other hand has blessed me with a few goodies that i didnt order and i didnt pay for....go me!

Another update.....

I have recieved my stuff............my last box arrived. I am happy I got my parts but not at all with the lack of customer service. Maybe I can chalk this up to TTstuff moving, I dunno. They only replied once to several emails that were sent. None of my emails were fouled mouthed, they were stern but polite. I do feel I was ripped off on the shipping. They say they proccess in 1-3 days and priority shipping is 3-5 days. It took almost 4 weeks to get my stuff.

Again I was very suprised at the service since so many were happy with them. I just wanted to let everyone know that TTstuff did send my stuff but took their sweet time. Those who do order from them: Don't pay extra for the shipping!
