The best thing about it is that he wanted £13000 for it. It's an 02 with at least 50k miles on it. Not even taking into account the rebuilt title that's absolutely bonkers (I love that word) I think he's selling it for 8500 now but even then...

My experience
I recently bought mine at place called House of Luxuries in Costa Mesa, CA. The salesman was pushy and would not drop down the price but they ended up hauling *** trying to get credit for me (I'm a first time buyer) and discounting the price to what I wanted it. They even had me do a phone interview with the person in Wachovia trying to approve me. They told me exactly what to say to that person haha. It was so shady but definitely helped since I basically just signed a bunch of papers and got the car and left.
I checked out the Carfax report which reported it's been in an accident. No frame damage and the title was still clean. It was a previous lease and the accident happened couple months after the car was first register to the person leasing it. Although they didn't know anything about the damage of the car I bought it anyway since I checked it out myself and found nothing mechanically wrong with it. Well I just found out the windshield washer fluid is leaking because of a faulty hose which the Audi dealership concluded would not be covered under warranty because it's been in an accident. I emailed House of Luxuries and they want me to take the car in and check it for me. We shall see what would happen

By the way I drove an 2007 one that has clean title no previous accident and it drove exactly the same as the one I bought. And I figured since the vehicle was leased during the accident the car must be bought to a specific place for repairs since the car has to be returned to Audi. Let's hope I dont have to pay for the repairs since its $400 to replace the hose.
It seems like everyone who doesnt buy it from an audi dealership would run into some minor problems in the beginning of ownership. I knew I was taking a risk but the price was decent and it was so shady to a point where the car was complete crap though.
