How hard is taking out the control arms?
Then i just have my car on Jack stands for a week?

 

Taking them out is pretty simple - unless you have a 3.2. Then it get's tougher. Process for a 1.8 starts at this pic:

Short instructions:

1. Remove front wheels
2. Remove 3 ball joint nuts from each side
3. Remove front bolt on each arm
4. Remove rear bolt and nut from each arm
5. Remove arm
6. Send in to get parts swapped
7. Install is opposite of removal
8. Get an alignment
