I wasnt trying to be rude at all. Just wondering how do you know the air/fuel ratio?

I was just curious, i showed the mod to my friend that owns a shop and he said it would be dangerous. He said that they came out with some thing along the same line for RX-7's but its not increasing the boost its increasing the air fuel ratio. I just thought it would do the same thing with the Audi because the ECU would be requesting more gas and such but it would only still be seeing the stock 11psi wouldnt it contradict it self?

the me7 ecu is a very intellegent system, often to smart for most tuners. It will adapt to the extra air with extra fuel within a certain range. And its the extra air you have to account for, not fuel. Like i have said before in this thread and in others, "i have run this for over a year now and have had no problems." You can tell your friend to do some more research on audi/vw before giving uninformed advise.

All the 1.8t's have a MAF, you need a MAP also, in the later carstheMAPis what tells the ecu how many psi you are running.
