Door handle broke, Audi charged $275+tax to fix
Cluster problems are VERY common, and are covered under warranty for those that are lucky enough to have one.
I dont know quite what you mean by the whole A/C system. The compressor, Condernser, liines and HVAC controls all failing simultaneously doesnt seem likely barring a front end collision.
Brakes sounds like a badmicroswitch, really no big deal.
Turn signals could be a fuse, switch, or relay...none very tough to fix.
Door handles sound like the previous owner was just rough on her.
Aside from the standard common issues associated with the TT it sounds like you live close to some body of saltwater and its effecting the electronics accordingly. I have a complete service record for my car from the start of its in-service date to current.
Its dropped an ignition coil, 2 window regulators, wheel bearings, and a waterpump. The onlyproblem in my ownership is the waterpump. Maybe you got a car built on a Monday or Friday.
They're machines, stuff breaks, sometimes inexplicably.
If it makes you feel better, the new Q7's are having some of the same cluster demons show up as the TT...except MUCH sooner and the whole unit just fails.

Easy to fix or not, I just feel we all should be able to spend less time and money fixing little stuff that brakes often and more time enjoying the great rides we ALREADY paid for.
I've owned several cars in my lifetime, never had I had so many electrical problems. I guess that's what I get for buying a German car. My wife's Jetta had quite a lot of the same problems I experienced. Got rid of that piece....
...the car, not the wife

You havent SEEN elecrical gremlins until youve experienced the marvel that is Jaguar.
Ever car has its quirks. I dont let them impede my enjoyment of the car, its just part of ownership.

Know a Jag guy, he gets rid of them as soon as the warantee is up. He's not willing to pay a Jag mechanic the obscene amount of money asked to track down all those gremlins.
Then of course, you have my brothers 1980 Porsche 924. Everything electric on the dash has its own wire running directly to the battery. For a while, if you hit a frost heave in the road, the headlights would turn off, and you'd have to wiggle the key in the ignition to just the right spot to get it to turn back on. That car is under the knife right now, should be good by next summer. No more hot start problem too (we're hoping)
