double din conversion still exist?

I don't know how much other work is needed but here is a Double Din bracket here

That one probably needs a custom trim ring too, since its a special made part for the RNS-E navi (which looks a solid inch wider that the DD cage from the pic)
And Christ, 600 Dollars + S/H! That's nuts!

i think im gonna get a flip-up alpine touch screen. i can run everything to it. blue tooth, engine guages, i pod, movies, cable tv. and the best part. you can adjust the viewing angle. i want to see a boost guage and all my guages on a touch screen. its gonna be expensive, but i will be able to cover it up with the stock cover. james bondish.

^^^ Might wanna double check in the stock cover with the alpine.
I have always heard KenWood is the only option if you want the stock cover...
