That means you'll need to take the door panel off, get to the locking mechanism, and replace the micro switch. There are some really good threads either on this forum or the other one (AudiWorld.com). They have pictures and links on where to buy them (ebay (from china). They are cheap and also there are ones for the left door which are different frome the one you need (right door). I think if you look at all my post you'll find the link. Its not a hard job, but you have to go slow. I actually epoxied my swith in place just to make sure it didn't move from its correct position. Works great.

did you try resetting it by rolling the window all the way up .then let go of the switch. pull the which up again and hold it for about 5 seconds. let go and open the door to verify the operation worked. try it a couple of times if it does not work right away.
