Default Driving TT in the rain

I read that the TT will handle better by turning off the ESP in rainy weather. Does anyone have any advice. My 2001 TT hydroplanes and is all over the road in rainy weather. I have not tried turning the ESP off.

Default RE: Driving TT in the rain

I don't have ESP on my 2000, and it handles fine. But I also have G-Force T/A tires. My previous tires would hydroplane like crazy.

That said, either you have bad wet weather tires, or TT's track better in rain with ESP off.
