I will stick with my GIAC chip, I have three programs and well I may not be able to push it on the fly, but I can change programs in less than a min.

Well according to Justin with the TT Shop - you can gain 30-40 bhp with no loss of fuel economy. The only thing is flashing the ECU instead of replacing should prevent warranty voiding, right?

Does it cut down on life span of the motor by a lot when you chip it?
For me the HP goes from 225 to 260 acording to the ARP page.
Seems like thats a lot more wear and tear on my motor

Now THAT I can't say - but everyone here says chip first, mod exhaust 2nd, everything else whenever... To me it sounds like putting the cart before the horse, but these guys should know

I guess it seems as far as wear and tear - that's up to how you drive your TT would be my guess - with or without mods, eh mate? Give it time someone will set us straight lol
