hey im new to the audi world i just bought a 2001 225TT and when ever i shut it off it sounds like a fan or something is running in the engine compartment i assume its something cooling the turbo but im not sure if anyone could tell me what it is it would be greatly appriciated

 

yea thats what it is the fans for the radiator stay running tell a certain temperature then they shut off.. not a problem

 

225 has an after-run coolant pump, it'll run whenever your turn the key off.
