DV and new Hoses
2001 TT 225 Coupe -
I've recently had the ECU flashed to 93 Oct optimized.
I'm online looking at DVs to put on it and silicone hoses. Just curious if there areany hoses in particular that would have precidence over others for replacment first. I mean... I'm sure that replacing them all would be optimal as the stock hoses are probably weak, but are any of them more necessary than the other in case I choose to do them a little at a time?
Additionally, I've read that the recirculation DVs are less than optimal for the TT. Any opinions on something worth my interest? I was looking at the DV007 from Forge Motorsports.
I'm sure there's better things I could invest money into, but I've chosen the DV and hoses to start.
Any Thoughts?

Oh btw... not to be too presumptuous, but I have pictures of the car and audio setup if anyone is interested

You've got that backwards, the recirc type is what you want for the TT. The 007 is a recirc valve and should work perfectly on your TT. As for hoses the main one would be a TIP, you can hold off on boost hoses until you decide what you would like to do for a front mount (if anything) as some of the hoses may be replaced.
Like patty said, the dv is recirculating and the 225's tubo inlet pipe (tip) is prone to collapsing at higher psi (there is a video of this on forge's website). By replacing the tip you will not restrict the airflow to the turbo and robbing performance.
