BTW since im fwd, i think i might be going with a journal bearing turbo now. This will give me slightly better traction but i will still be shelling out $1300 for the turbo if i do compared to a gt3082r... DAMN BW TURBOS!! [:@]
I know you have probally seen these but wouldnt this also help you with traction and still allow you to use a DBB turbo.

High Performance Dual Stage Boost Controller (BC-HPDS)

The TurboXS High Performance Dual Stage Boost controller provides the ultimate in dual stage boost control. Two preset boost levels allow you to switch from "street" to "race" boost with the flip of a switch from inside the cabin - even while under full boost. The first stage includes an adjustable ball/spring boost controller that help you to get to full boost quicker.

It will help with both. Only problem is that most of these dual stages need to have a switch flipped. I know Apexi's avc-r has gear dependent control so i might just hold off until i can get something like that. There is however a write up on vortex on how to make the shifter switch back and forth the manual so i may look into that also.

You could prolly take out the manual switch and wire it up to the TPS I have no idea how you would do that but it seems like a good idea

The head is a qedpower stg2 head and the dahlback manifold is the BP one that Issam (wizord-of-odd, INA) was selling on vortex. I believe the qedpower heads are all ported small ports with 3 angle valve jobs and bowl work.
