I would stop going there. Could be bad gas.

A lot of privately owned gas stations (even some big ones that are privately owned franchises) will add water to their fuel cells to get a little extra money out of the fuel. Its a shitty thing to do... but back home in the states we had small town gas stations getting busted for it ALL the time.

If the business is going under... you can turn 2,000 gallons of gas into 2,300 gallons real quick by adding water and just slightly degrading the quality.

sounds like you got some greedy folks taking it one step further.

Water mixing with gas? - Nooo way. - Seriously?

On a serious note though, Sams doesn't have 91 octane gas. - Not in any area I've been to. - Your car needs 91+ gas. - That could be your issue.

keep adding gas to your car to lower the percent of bad gas and maybe add one of those octane boosters (not going to do to much, atleast as they claim)

Yea, most Octane boosters... only add a fraction of a point of Octane to your gas. MAYBE 0.5 points, but most likely not even that much.
I'd just see if you can find some 100 Oct gas somewhere and get a half a tank of that once you're doiwn to a half tank. That'll get you back up.

there's a race gas website that lists all 100+ Octane retailers in the US by state.

Some even have 118 on pump. Maybe only one or two in the whole US though.
