I have a 2002 225TT Quatro and the two fans are not coming on. My temp gauge reads normal even in traffic in 95 degree weather, which really seems odd. A/C is not cooling very effectively, but it is cooling some. Any ideas where to start? Thanks

Thanks for the quick response coach. Neither fan is coming on and yet I am not overheating in 95 degree weather. I find this strange. I have let motor run at idle w/ac on for 20 mins. and no fans. I'll look at the diy site you referenced. Thanks again.

Not overheating! not sure what temp our cars make it too overheat. but check the fuse to your temp gauge! Fans not on during the A/C thats weird and not overheating!!Hmm
and Do you have a thermostat in? Turn the heater on and see if your getting heat?
If not no thermo. Get the Vag-Com or OBD II scanner and just check and see what you get!
I'm just trying to eliminate things, stay away from the stealership...$$$$
Maybe someone else can shed some light on this!
