Hi, please can someone help?????
I have Audi TT 1.8 which is over heating, the fans are not kicking in at all, not even with the A/C turned on.
I have replaced the Auxillary fan unit but it has not made a blind bit of difference the fan still aren't working.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do next?

Did you check the fan relay to see if it's getting power and passing it onto the fans? A simple 12V test light is all you need. Hook the test light to the Neg pole of the battery and see if you get power at the fan plug. Then hook the test light to the POS pole and see if the ground wire from the fan conducts (the light will light)
