Hi Guys, Í am have some problem with the AC, once in a while I am getting pieces of foam (brown) coming through the AC ducts, any idea how can I stop that? where is that foam coming from? .. Attached is a picture so you can see what I am talking about.

its the insulation, its just dry rotted and blowing through. you can take it apart and clean it

 

The vents just pull stright out. Pull on the sliver ring.
