full or half K-Mac ?
Ok so i got some cash for my lowering.. I have the 225hp quattro 2001 with 18's. I am going to go with the Tein 1.25" or the H&R 1.5" (both estimates), and I wanted to know if I needed the half or full k-mac kit ?
On a side note.. is there ANYTHING else i need to do for this kit?

TT Stuff is your friend!
The full kit comes with the bushing removal tool (which you'll need).
Other than that it's a fairly straight forward job. Take the old bushing out, put the new one in, and go get an alignment.
Disclaimer: The job is straight forward, but the control arms are a PITA to get back into place!
Leave the shocks in place if possible. I've found the control arms to be much more compliant this way.

Yeah-but once everything is installed, and aligned, and you take her around that first sharp turn...
You'll realize the value...
What's the deal with your shocks and struts? Are you leaving them stock?

RE: full or half K-Mac ?
yea.. i wanted to leave them stock for now, i have only 24k on them so i thought i could give it a year and then upgrade. I know its not ideal but I hear a lot about how its fine so if I see something go wrong then of course i'll just get some new ones, but i wanna try it.
Also is there any cheaper way to correct the camber than the K-mac kit for my 225hp quattro ?
thanks for the help,

RE: full or half K-Mac ?
I wish ya the best with your stockers! Please keep us updated on how they do.
The KMAC kit is actually cheaper than ECS's version (which are out of stock).
Only other way to correct camber that I know of is adjustable control arms (more expensive).
Unless you find someone trying to get rid of their adjustable control arms, a camber kit is your best bet.
