Gas Mileage?
I don't trust the display. I'll reset the MPG counter when I fill, and my trip odometer. I'll run through my entire tank. My display will read at least 1 or 2 miles per gallon lower than my hand calculations of miles driven divided by gallons used.
But I generally get 25-27mpg. I drive about 40% highway, 60% city, which hurts it, but if I'm taking a long trip, it flies past the 30mpg mark.
Edit: Forgot to mention, Unitronics chipped 180Q, no other mods, generally a semi-conservative driver, but I have some fun every now and then.

I average around 24mpg. That's probably 80% highway, but I drive fastabout 50% of the time. Even if I don't push it though I can only average about 26mpg. I think I might try and air the tires up a little higher.
I only fill up once a month or so. The longest I've gone is 6 weeks without a fill up.
Of course, I work away from my car and I have a company rig to drive around. So I get to visit my TT about once every two or three weeks.

Yes, it is still a street car. The ride is a bit rough, but it is still a blast on the winding mountain roads around here. It's just mostly a track queen now, since that is about all the extended driving I do with it. But I still like to take it out and give it a little exercise now and then.
I average about 23-25 and I drive pretty agressively (mostly street driving to and from work). I averaged 30.7 on a recent trip with 2 people and 500lbs of supplies to Helen GA (=Mountains).
180Q with Unitronic, water meth, TIP, and gutted intake.

I'm not in boost all the time, tires are always perfect as far as inflation goes, plugs are always clean and gapped. I average 27-28 and on an extended highway run can get about 32-33. This is with a Chip and full 3" exhaust.
