hey i did search and i read all the posts about the 1st to 2nd gear grinding. well my tt is at just over 50k and the first to second shift will grind at about 4000 rpms this is significantly lower than what most people experience, it also grinds if i dont wait about half a second in neutral. is this normal and fixable with the mount and tranny oil or is my syncro toast. i was planning on taking my car to the track so shifting under 4k is not an option.

Should be fine with just the oil change and mounts. Cant really hurt, those together are like $60 and a DIY job.
