Default GFB Hybrid BOV

Finally got it today, after it was a week late, but got it put on and it works great. The sound is a lot louder than my forge 007. It was real easy to adjust too, you just turn the vaccum nipple.

Oh and eliTTe did you ever get yours sounding right.

Glad you like it, sounds to be a good product, I should have gone that route.
I have still not gotten my forge splitter right, still flutters like crazy when I shift... oh well, I did get my custom relocation kit finished and on the car last night, it seems to sound cleaner so thats good.

I'll be making a post shortly about the relo kit.

i wounder if your spring could be upside down. would switch it and give it a go. worth a shot at this point.

But back on topic, you think the gfb is worth the extra $$$?

Don't know if it's better then the hybridforge, never used or heard one, but it is definetly a lot louder then the forge 007 i had.

And I was thinkin the same thing about his spring being upside down. So you might want to try just to see what happens.

Oh another thing now that I put the gfb on, my boost spikes at like 15 but it goes back down to about 12. Don't know if its supposed or if its a good thing. I may not have it adjusted quit right, don't know. What do you think?

IF your not releasing pressure early or have massive flutter, your good.

low psi flutter is normal. If you have an intake you will hear it or see it on a boost guage. Its you still giving gas and your valve opens. Meaning it needs more pressure. If you are still stock airbox, remove it and drive around the block a couple times.

I don't have a stock airbox so I guess everything is normal.
