The consensus when i did research on the forum is that everyone uses 0W40. I guess maybe I got my oils backwards, but i remember buying mobile 1 for a reason... so i don't know
Audi recommends 5w-40. O weight would be too thin for hot climates here in Texas.

I thought Mobile 1 synthetic is what we should be putting in our cars?!?!? I thought I read that Castrol syntec isn't a pure synthetic blend but a mix....?? anyone want to correct me?
I am only using the Castrol Syntec 0W30 Made in Germany formula. It is a Class 4 type synthetic
which is a true synthetic. The other Castrol Syntecs are only a Class 3 type which some say is based on conventional oil stock. I used to use only Mobil 1 0W40 until I saw this 0W30 Made in Germany forumla and gave it a try. Car runs even smoother and gets a little better gas mileage.
I will not put anything but the Castrol 0W30 in my TT. Great protection year round.
Only found at Autozone and they sell out of it very quickly. All the car forums rave about it.
From the Corvette forums to the BMW to the Honda forums.

I got myself 2 kits at that price! 26 bucks for 5 quarts and Mobil One Oil filter is a great deal!

that advertises it.It just started yesterday. Indiana here and we DO have it
