Nope. Even the 0W30 Made in Germany forumla isn't too thin. It has more to do with sheer strength rates. Someone actually explained to me once that technically the Castrol 0W30 is actually a thicker oil than the Mobil One 0W40 and has better sheer strength.
Joe at Project TT likes this stuff too and I was going to change from 0W30 to 0W40 in the summer but he said there is no need and that I can run the 0W30 Castrol German Forumla all year round regardless of how cold or hot the outside temperature gets.

 

I was just basing my saying that the deal isn't here b/c I checked the ad in the online paper and it didn't show up... so i guess i should just go to my local auto zone and check for myself

i went back yesterday...they ran out of M205 oil filters! but i did manage to find one hidden at the lower section..

 

my little corner of the contry isn't having this sale so I had to spend the usual $40 for the oil and filter [:@]... but then I went to the gas station and got a free micro-fiber rag which made me happier
