I'm trying to figure out my heated seat issue. The passenger seat works fine, but I'm not getting any heat from the driver's side. I've read that a partial failure could result in the bottom and back not working, but the sides still cooking. I went to clean the terminals, but I couldn't get the green connector apart. Any hints? What's the red connector do? Yellow is for the airbag, right? 2001 TT 180QC
