I'm not worried about the money, just trying to help out. keep it and consider it the audiforum stimulus package. go buy a part!

BINGO! after close inspection - this is the part number on whats left

thanks both of you........no if I can just find out whats causing my "oil sensor" dummy light to come on ill really be in business

You did check to make sure you have oil in the motor right?

There is a low level sensor that will trigger the light to go on. I would start at that one.

haha ya I regularly check that. When it first happened I was so scared...then I checked on my oil level was fine. Fearing that maybe something got jammed up inside I went and got another oil change less then 1000 miles from the last and it continues to happen.
