ouch. I think I did less damage to that, and I tried to grind a guardrail with my car.

I'm gonna guess you'll need new bushings, or your control arms are gonna shift around. Do a good inspection, everything should have been TIGHT.

Call up the guys at TTstuff, they should be able to sell you just the bushings. Its $16 a pair direct from KMAC, but then you need to pay some international tariffs or some **** since its coming from Australia

I have a feeling even with customs you'll spend less than $70.
Did you grease it up enough upon installation?

Honestly, I wouldn't drive the car until you get a new bushing on there...

1.) If that bolt snaps you'll be in a serious accident!
2.) You could damage the bolt, and have to buy a new one.
3.) Did I mention what would happen if the bolt snaps?

I haven't had any trouble with my setup. Did you install this yourself?

That price I quoted you was quoted me DIRECTLY from KMAC. If you're getting quoted $70 it isn't for the poly sleeve, its for the whole bushing. If you still don't have resolution for this issue in a couple days, PM me. I'll give you a hand getting something straight.
