I ordered hoses to replace the vacuum hoses 2 weeks ago now and still don't have them. Anyone else had such a long delay for simple hoses? According the website they are instock.

Funny, just prior to me coming into the forum just now... I just sent a nastygram to hightempsilicone.com because I too have had the same issue.

I placed an order ($88.33) a month ago and have not received a thing. I've sent well over 5 emails and have not even gotten a response from them. I too have had my card charged as well for the purchase.
I will be calling their office here in an hour or so and if they do not answer or have a reason for any of this, I will be reporting them to the better businesses Bureau.

My last email to hightempsilicone.com

ORIGINAL (email to hightemp silicone.com)

Just so you know, I am NOT the only person that is complaining about the absolutely horid customer service on your website. Here's a link to an entire forum thread dedicated to people that have ordered from you and not recieved a thing. (all of which were charged for these items)
https://www.audiforums.com/m_652956/tm.htm
Please believe that if something is not done to rectify this, your business WILL be reported and you will be shut down (if you arent put in jail for theft/fraud).
This should get SOMETHING of a response I would hope.

Unfortunately, because Im in Korea, I'm very limited to who will ship over here. I don't have the luxury of being as picky as I could be if I were in the U.S.

I'll second that, plus it will be the same kind of hoses that came with my boost machine. They hold up nice.
