I would find the cop also and report him/her. Both of those F'ers should be brought up on charges imho

 

I'm not worried about the damage as it's just a little missing paint, and that areawas getting repainted to blend with my other repair that's coming up soon. It's only going to cost me a little extra to have them fix it at the same time.

I'm just pissed off that the ******* ran away.

He's gonna pay one way, the other, or both.

 

Cincy, The cop is another interesting story...

after waiting for him to come back like he said he would for 45 minutes I flagged down another cop and he said there was nothing he could do.

He told me to go to the station and file a report.

I went there pissed off beyond belief, parked blocking the emergency police driveway and stormed in through an (open)restricted door...

the cop who was at the scenewas sitting at the desk...

He was obviously pissed off about my course of action and said CAN I HELP YOU??? in a very agitated, loud voice.

I said "Yeah, you're the as*hole who's supposed to be writing my accident report right now."

He didn't like that...

long story short,I got bent over andwound up having to file a civilian report because I left the scene (at the other officer's direction).He was "sending someone there to investigate" (bullsh*t), but since I left the scene he couldn't file a police report.

They don't have my info, and I have the civilian form in case I want to pursue this in that direction, but it's not worth it (I know from my previous small claims case)

 

I understand your frustration, but... PLEASE don't firebomb the WHOLE state!
