Shokan are a bunch of idiots, if you saw my convo with them from a week or so ago. First correspondance from them told me theres no clutches in the rear of the car, only the clutch for the 6 speed.

Ray's helping me out though, I def. wouldn't be paying $3K+ for this issue, and if I did go new (and I still might, partially) it'd only be for the clutchpack, and only if I decide its something I can rebuild myself. I'm going to email Haldex with their technical Q link, and see what info I can get on rebuilding, as well as any other manuals they'd be willing to send me.

Plan of attack as it stands is to try to pull the haldex and still drive the car. I'm already FWD, might as well make it official. : / Might have to break out the pocketbike a little early this year, not sure how the race slicks are gonna do with all this snow/ice though.....

Keep an eye on the Vortex classsifieds, I've seen a few Haldex systems go in there. Fortunately, I also keep an eye on them, saw this guy parting out an entire TT...but I'm speculating that it's FWD from the ATP parts:

it develops an extra 'a' in the name...

(its Haldex)

Obvious thing would be the lack of power to the rear wheels, less obvious to the naked eye would be the mechanical clutch failure code vag-com pulled.

More frequent its the controller, which usually throws a code like 'internal memory malfunction'

BTW, dejavue? Coulda sworn I said almost exactly the same thing to the same question a week ago.
