I have bought a rack and pinion from this guy. He has a rear differential for sale looking at it it looks like the haldex is included check it out.

..you're prolly thinking of when I PMed you about it..you mentioned your bad haldex in a different thread

I was worried my halex is letting go..my front wheels sometimes only spin in the snow..but people have been saying it's my worn all-seasons..that doesn't make sense.

anyway..good luck and let us all know of the turnout. It'd be cool if Haldex was like Tein, where you can send their stuff back in to have rebuilt for a few hundred dollars!...haha
