That was my first TT, a 2000 180hp. I was blinded by a lifted truck just after dark, midway thru a tight corner, and got into the sand on the shoulder. While I was trying to recover, the nose of the car dipped into the oncoming lane, and a minivan clipped it, just infront of the tire. Spun me almost 360°, and I ended up with a bruise on my leg running from mid thigh to ankle. Turns out those knee bolsters aren't so soft. Hit so hard it sheared teh battery in half, and part of it ended up ontop of the valve cover. No saving that...

Now I drive a 2001 225, which I've also wrecked, but repaired. That was due to narcolepsy as it turns out. I'm on speed now, so its ok. ; )
