Default How do I reset my drivers side window?

Hey guys,

My window became " un programed " again. - It wont roll down with one flick of the button.

I know there is a trick such as holding it down...then pulling it up, but I dont completely remember.

Does anyone remember how to do that?

Please and thank you,

~Chris

I think it's

1.open window
2. close window
3. hold button up for a few seconds
4. release button
5. push button up again briefly.

I just:

1. Hold it all the way down
2. Hold it as it goes all the way up

Then it just works with a tap and eleminates the window drop. [Talking about when it goes down a couple inches and doesn't go back up automatically.]

That's odd... the window is supposed to go the rest of the way up once the door is fully closed. It goes down a bit when it's open to keep from ... overpressurizing the cabin? or something. You getting a door ajar warning or anything?

Mine stick out causing the wind noise. The major draw back to being cool and haveing windows that lower when you open the door.

You can't lock the window on the passenger side. You must have a broken switch.

Default Thanks!

I had this problem with my 2010 A6. I'd use the auto up and it would go up and bounce down a few inches. I did this procedure on the passenger window and it worked!
