I was wondering, What is the fastest you have gone in your TT?

Does anyone know what they are goverened at.

One afternoon I was a running a little late for class and opened it up on the highway.
Mind you I know where all the cops sit and very few cars where on the road.
I swear it said something near 120 - 125 but I was more focused on driving and not my speedometer!

I've heard the fuel cuts off at 115. Unless you're chipped.
I am not and if the fuel did cut off I didn't notice it.
Felt like I could go forever.... Damn I love these cars!!

The TT handles well at lower speeds, im kind of scared to take it above 100mph...again I just got it..give me time.

I got my 7 series up to 152 and it was smooth as butter.

I dont believe I will be doing that in this car!... LOL

 

I had my TT before this one which was a 02 quattro upto 135
so the cut out couldn't be 130

I've had this new TT i have now up to 130 once.

I have a couple back roads that was flat and straight for miles.

Got my crotchrocket upto 165 on that road hehe.

 

why do you say that?lol the tt without the rear wing have a tendency top lose control (over in germany on the autobahn

 

The coupe is governed at 150 mph and the roadster is governed at 140 something. I've had my 225 coupe up to 150 mph and it still has some left, mine is chipped so i think the limiter has been disabled.

 

Whats the RPM's at when going 150MPH? it's gotta be in the red

 

I hit 125 on Monday on a flat, straight, 4 lane highway in WV. Not chipped (yet) and I was at 5000 RPM's.
