Default How Much Would You Expect To Pay For...

Just wondering how much you guys would expect to pay for a shop to do the following work on a 2001 225hp TT.

New connecting rods, Instalation of a new preassembled ready to go head, intake manifold installation, Turbo kit installation
FMIC/meth injection kit installation, Clutch/pressure plate/flywheel install, Exhaust install.

I would be supplying the shop all neccasary parts/gaskets for the install so just looking at labor cost, unfortanately I only have one shop to choose from because both the Audi custom shops turned down the job because im not using parts that they are dealers for.

If you guys could throw out some prices that would be reasonable for this work I would appreciate it I plan on doing the work myself if they try to charge me to much.

I wouldguess about $2k. Lots of that stuff will be done together. You might want to do some of that stuff yourself or with friends. fmic and w/m can be installed yourself.

Then it will be about $4k then at the same shop. Subtract the brake job for a clutch job and that will make up the differnce.

That is assuming that the engine was pulled for the rod install. Also not counting in the w/m injection since that should be installed and tuned by owner.

Then depending on labor hr rates, it should be $4k give or take $500
