does anyone know how i can remove the license plate frame?

 

You probably have to remove the euro cover on it also. Those just pull straight off.

 

i've been asking around and i might need to remove the bumper to get that license plate off and on top of that. i might have holes on the bumper which makes it look even more aweful.

 

uhhh read cincy's comment. Euro plate section pulls off, order new one, fill that one, leave it alone, you don't need to take the bumper off though. Unless you're bored, then take the bumper off. I got bored and turning my steering rack into a 900 piece steering rack last week, that was fun too haha.
