HUGE PROBLEM
They only way I figure checking your volts are on channel 18 in HVAC.
Thats for voltage from your blower. I figure the volts are the same throughout the car so if the vots on the blower are 12-12.5
then your ok.

Toopen up HVAC channels
Press the recirculation button and up at the same time.
then the red temp screen will change to a 1 "channel 1".
Use the temp controller to change channels left or right.
theres like 80 different channels to monitor through HVAC.
Check ross tech's website for all the channels.
YOU GUYS he cant use the HVAC at all if the battery is dead come on
you need a jump start at least to get enough power to even to turn the car accessory on. from there see if you can start the car and rev to like 2000rpms and while doing this hold down that button in climate control area that looks like a bent pointed arrow and the up arrrow and then use that up arrow to go to channel 18 or whatever the guy above me posted
