i had a 00 TT and i know it didnt do this. i have a 02 225 just wonderin if any of you guys cluster did this(the needles light up even when the lights arent on)...not that im complaining about it, just interested if they changed something...

I have a 2000 180 TT. My needles light up when my headlights are off... Maybe you just noticed it now?

LOL Fox.... the second you heard "issue" and "cluster" you posted the link to that thread! haha

He's not having issues with his cluster, it's suppose to do that. Comes in handy when you drive into a parking garageand you don't really haveto turn on your headlights on to see the needles.

I don't think his cluster is messed up....
I think he's saying that he noticed when his headlights are off, that the needles are lit. Which I find to be a normal occurrence.

ya im just noticed it awhile back but i know my other one didnt do it....oh well..pretty cool anyways..haha!

thats why theres a little green light on the tach side to inform you when the lights are on. My brother was with me one nightand thought i was blinding people because he thought that the green light was for my high beams.
