The letdown is that it'snot evenahundred pounds lighter than the fat-*** 335i, and only about 5grand cheaper.

When they hype first started it was looking like it was going to be 3000 lbs or less, and starting in the low $30k range.
Since then it gained ~300 lbs and costs $3k more.

That might not seem like much to you, but for that price and lack of a weight differencei'll take the 335iinstead and not look like a boy-racer driving around proving himself to tiburons with a base model bmw... But you obviously don't mindsince you had a mini.


As far as the 135i goes, Aside from not living up to the initial hype, it's a great car.

Not amazing looking either, but it passes.
