dont screw around. move the firewall back, drop in a V8, go rear wheel drive, and hang on. ; )

All you need is a 2.0 or 2.0T fsi crank, 1.8t scat or IE 144/20mm rods, stroker pistons and NA 20v gasket. All this info is now in our BT and High Performance sticky

Tapp/eurodyne and Unitronic both have 630cc files that work great with it. If you plan on pushing the turbo to its limits (500-530whp) then you can also upgrade to the Uni 870cc file or the Tapp 1000cc file.

What kind of machine work is needed, if I remember right Cincy has his block at the machine shop for a while...?

I had an issue with the machine shop putting my stuff to the side and not boreing it or balancing the crank. But it has been up and running for awhile now. My numbers are in my sig.

The things the machine shop will do is clean, bore, hone, and balance the rotating assembly. Cost there will be ~$200 or so depending on what all you have done and their rates.
