Default I guess my forge splitter is bad, anything else to try?

Well it is official if I put the DV in the way it is pictured on the forge website and as advised by Cincytt, horn facing forward, charge on bottom port, I can only hold 10-12 PSI? I have went to 13 clicks as suggested and in 2-3 click increments till it is at the last click. It sounds great but...low PSI> Now if I flip it it will hold much higher , I see my 19-20 PSI peak ( however it doent seem to adjust down much, in this position?)so something must be wrong with it . I am tempted to pull it apart and see but I will try to call forge tomorrow, I can stick my finger inside and move the plunger it doesnt seem to bind or anything. Any other suggestions?

there is only one spring. It takes some time to adjust it. Most seem to have better luck moving it directly over the pressure. Elitte had a bitch of a time installing it and finally got his to work. He would be a better person to ask.

WOW!! I called Forge today and talked to a very nice guy, we went through the steps I have taken He thinks it is bad, So he is shipping me another one with a retun label to send back my bad one. I was a little suprised, I figure he would want me to ship mine back then ship me one, I guss customer service does still exist. I would buy from based on this alone , I'm a very happy camper. I'm sure this one will be fine.

I'm glad you got it straight, I figured something was not right with it.
