i want to put a FMIC and a new turbo, what size turbo is the best, so that i don't need to forge my internals

Search, then ask questions that aren't retarded.

Hint: Search the TT forum only with the term "big turbo" or "BT"

You'll find a lot of information, then when you know a little more you can ask specific questions that can be answered without writing a page of info that has already been written.

BTW, please do not post in bold. Also, you add in forged rods, not forge your internals
