I had 3 people in my roadster( me and 2 chicks).. I hit a huge pot-hole and i thought my car lost its rims... Anyway after i dropped the girls home, i felt my front end was very loose, and like a ticking noise...anyone know wat it could possible be, i think it might be control arms,.. Any suggestions??

Plus i have a jl audio system in the back which must weigh abot 100...

 

could be a control arm... take the car and do some really tight 360's ....do it both ways if you hear something making a pop noise you got something bad... get it on a hoist though and take a look underneath

 

Check your oil... that ticking noise could mean you nailed your oil system somewhere.

I've seen an oil filter taken out like that... the results are sitting in my backyard.

 

I dunno.. both of those girls could stand to lose a few lbs still. [8D]

can easily be anything from suspension parts or even a busted axle. Only one way to find out..... looking.

 

CV Joint play or Axle play

 

Could be as simple as a snapped spring (in which case you won't want to be driving the car anyway), happened to me when I hit a nasty pot hole.
