My girls 2000 TT would not turn over, on the third attempt the engine started and ran fine with the exceptiopn of the oil light being on. It was towed to the dealer, and the dealer stated it needs the instrument cluster replaced for $1300.00 to even start a diagnosis. Has anyone encountered this condition?
