Who would have thought it would happen. Just got my notice of one time cluster replacement from Audi. Already been to the dealer to schedule the job. Mine is the first claim they've seen so far. Been livin with this problem for two years. Get this; this is the second cluster for this car. The first owner had one replaced under warranty at 15000 miles (year and half) I bought the car used, from a Honda dealer still under warranty. Found out the gauge had gone bad when I ran out of gas doing 60 on the I264 into Virginia Beach. Not fun!

I filled this out as a lark, never expecting to see a reply. Service writer wants to run the claim notification form through the front office before he'll write a ticket though. This is why I take my car to AutoHaus Repair for all my work. The dealer is always a hassle. Even when I walk in and ask for preventive maintenance they go "Why? Is it broke?" No, I just want it done. I'm paying for christ's sake. Why don't they just do the friggin work? So I take 1300.00 dollars of engine work to AutoHaus. They don't ask why - They do what they're told and take my money. Audi dealerships suck.



Nothing special except a Forge Bypass Valve, and Borla Exhaust - other wise just a great car I love to drive!

Mine is a 2000. Original owner. 2 clusters were replaced under warranty in 1999 and 2000.
Mailed my claim via certified mail June 13.

Asked for a status up date from Green Welling via their Website's online form, but haven't heard back.
Sent an email to Wells Fargo in Windsor, CT, (who I believe is the administrator) asking for a status update, again no response.
