Read stuff, kplzthx.

Have you ever seen the stock turbo on a Supra? I've held the one off my buddy's 7M and it's about the same size or bigger than a T3-60. Those filters might make those kinda gains on a car that has to feed a 3.0L I6 but not so much on a 1.8T.
The stock twins on a supra arent that big. And the stock intake on the 2JZ-GTE is pretty good so the filter will probably make the same kind of gains on a 1.8t.

this is REALLY old.
Although it is a somewhatcompetent test,

the HKS filter element has been re-engineered since with the tripple layered foam to block any incoming fine particles.

I'm talking 7M, think MkIII[&:]

Besides, even with the 2JZ, that's TWO TURBOS as opposed to ONE on a 1.8T. I don't think comparing gains on a Supra and a 1.8T is very meaningful; they are completely different engines.

LMFAO. Yeah, doesnt matter. Both different blocks.. different makes.. different everything. Arent supra's 4 valve per cyl? That would void everything right there.

again, biased, but they make good points about other types of filters.

Hahah my bad. And now you are talking about a 2JZ with NAS so that completely throws eveything off. But anyway comparing gains on a supra to a TT is pretty stupid.
