COLD AIR ON A TURBO CAR IS USELESS!

A turbo is going to heat air up X amount for a set amount of boost, and for simplicity an intercooler is going to remove Y amount of heat. If you start with 100 degree air from under your hood rather than 70 degree air from outside, theoretically, even your exhaust is going to be 30 degrees hotter.

If you make me quote books I will.
Very valid point sir. i'll have to retract that statement.
I'd rather have cold air going to my intercoolers than my intake though...

So, is a FMIC the only cure for heat soak?

Water Meth injection will help with cooling as well, FMIC however, is the most efficient in most conditions.
