Default Intercooler misting

I have a 225 TT and I want to do a DIY intercooler misting. I found a website a while back, but I cant find it now. Has anyone done this before to their car? Is there a website that I can look at? Just let me know thanks

How many degrees will this cool the intake air?

The guys at 2Bennett have a mister on the GTR. I've been at the track with them on a 100 degree day and they can maintain the intercooler temp to nearly ambient temps when the mister is in use.

Yeah I already have a FMIC. I just raised my boost to 23 psi and I want to do a intercooler mister so when I run hard I can just turn it on and keep everything cooled down.

An apropriate sized intercooler with a good core will keep it close to abient temps also for a daily street car. If you wanna get too orbeyond that, you need water/meth injection. Spraying the ic is a waste when you think what that water could be doing, ie reducing temps and knock.

Hmmmm that sounds good I just might have to try it cuz the summer is coming and I know that when I just running normal my temp guage is slightly left of center but after I have driven hard it goes up to center and its still pretty cool right now so I know in the summer Im still going to be losing some hp due to heat soak.

Well I have the forged FMIC. Thats what I would be doing a water/meth injection. Water with only 20% meth and no more. It would spray into the intercooler itself! I've read that the temps are a lot better especially when the boost is higher and you are running harder.
