Default Introducing myself and my car....

Hey everyone, just found your forums and joined up. Tomorrow I get the timing belt done on the TT along with water pump, fuel filter, drive belt, and lightweight crank pulley from ECS. After that, getting some pulls on the dyno. Will report my results back!

No pulls today because the dyno operator was sick. They did find my electric water pump leaking and the valve cover. Elec water pump a tough job on these?

Wilkommen to the forums!

kinda sucks about the dyno guy being sick. Not 100% on the layout of the engine bay in your TT but the electric waterpump is a common fail point. I suspect, like everything else with these cars, the job isn't exactly tough, just ridiculously time consuming.

good luck
