Default Issues Continue....

Alright, still looking for help and here's a little update and some more info:

Cleaned the maf, cleared codes, and was seeing if maybe that was the issue - i'd oiled my K&N filter after installing the new MAF. So far it still seems to have the same issues. So far it hasn't pulled a code, but something definitely still isn't right. Last time we cleared codes it took about 100 miles to pull the P1128 code for being lean. I've been doing a bunch of searching of forums (both here and audiworld) and the things I've found are MAF, fuel filter, vac leak, or O2 sensors. Maf is new and been cleaned, fuel filter is new, boost gauge reads 20hg of vac at idle, and both o2 sensors are brand new.

The only thing I've found other than these four issues that someone said it could be would be the fuel pump. Any opinions on that?

When I started the car today (we cleared codes last night), it died the first attempt. The second attempt it started, but I had to baby it while pulling out of my parking space to keep it from dying. After about 1-2 minutes its fine and runs ok. The next problems occur when I try to accelerate. What happens is:
1. Hit accelerator for hard acceleration (acceleration where I should get full boost)
2. Car studders
3. Boost kicks in, pulls like normal
4. Shift gears
5. Start back at 1.

It seems as though if I wait a second before I gun it, or slowly hit the accelerator until I'm flooring it, the boost kicks in like normal. Again, if I floor it from the get-go, it takes maybe 2-3 seconds before it finally takes off. Any help would again be appreciated.
